Shallot – (Allium ascalonicum), generally propagate vegetatively, but sowing is also possible, in February/March on the windowsill. Keep the plants weed-free and water regularly. In the fall, the seed shallots are ready for planting and propagation (vegetative); the real harvest is more than a year after sowing.
